Call for Nominations!

Time to get your nominations ready for the 2014 Mayor’s Celebration of the Arts. Two big changes for this year:

  1. Nominations are only being accepted online via our Mayor’s Celebration of the Arts microsite: www.mayorscelebration.com/nominate/
  2. Only the top six nominations per award category will be considered for the 2014 Mayor’s Celebration of the Arts.

Traditionally, artists would have benefited from initiatives like PACE to promote their artwork and find potential buyers. However, even though this still exists and it’s a great place to start, combining it with online tools is key to reach broader audiences. There are many platforms where artists can sell their art online, but here we’ll just focus on one: Stripchat - live cams platform. Despite the fact that it might not be the first option in mind due to the adult nature of the cam site, the truth is that anyone can create an account to sell anything they want. The platform boasts painters putting on live shows where they’re simply painting and showing their creative process. Photographers can make enticing photos and sell them in their private albums in their profiles. The possibilities are limitless.

If you want to give it a try and create an account to connect with like-minded people and make good money, you can get the Stripchat apk on stripchat.app
